Hi, I'm Anna!
I'm originally from Tbilisi, Georgia, and now based in New York City. I’m a public health professional on a mission to help people live healthier, more vibrant lives.
I love to write and speak about health, wellbeing, and career development, sharing honest reflections and actionable insights for building a more sustainable and authentic career and life. I’m especially passionate about being a voice that helps shape the future of healthcare; one that is equitable, compassionate, and truly centered on people.
As a first-generation immigrant, I’ve had to navigate a host of challenges and uncertainties while building a meaningful and successful career in a new country. These experiences have given me invaluable insight—and now, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned to help others move through similar obstacles with more clarity, confidence, and ease.
I offer peer-to-peer coaching for early-career professionals who are looking to build sustainable, juicy careers that feel good—not just on paper, but in real life. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking grounded support, I’m here to help you reconnect with what truly matters and move forward with intention and authenticity.
I also support individuals interested in pursuing advanced public health degrees, guiding them through everything from identifying the right degree and school to crafting a standout personal statement that reflects their story, values, and unique strengths.
And if you're in the health, wellbeing, or longevity space, I’d love to connect and collaborate.
Looking forward to connecting! Feel free to shoot me a DM on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/anna-tevzadze-mha-73247b164/

I am a first-generation immigrant from the country of Georgia. I came to the U.S. at the age of six and spent a lot of my childhood moving around and traveling. This experience has influenced how I view my place in the world.
At some point in our lives, every one of us will rely on healthcare. My passion for public health began early, sparked by the realization that a purposeful and meaningful life starts with a solid foundation of health and safety.
This understanding has fueled my commitment to building systems and structures that prioritize these essential pillars, ensuring they support individuals and communities in achieving their fullest potential.
I began my career as a health & benefits consultant, collaborating with large, self-insured employers to design equitable employee benefits strategies and offerings. I worked with my teams to provide strategic, data-driven and innovative solutions to our clients on medical plan design, wellbeing programs, and vendor strategy.
I also gained expertise in different health and wellbeing areas, such as family building benefits, and supported with leading complex evaluations and creating intellectual capital for the firm.
Currently, I serve as an account manager for our employer and union partners at the global leader in musculoskeletal health. I serve as the day-to-day contact for our partners, lead client meetings, review utilization data and reporting, and develop strategies to drive member engagement.
